The Stables is a converted traditional Pembrokeshire long barn and is spacious, bright and has sea or mountain views from all rooms.
The cottage has white washed walls , exposed stone, and ash, slate and terracotta floors.
The Cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 rooms with double beds and one childs room with a bunk and a single bed. The rooms are warm and cosy and safe for children as there are no stairs.
The living room is spacious and has double doors leading out onto a patio facing the sea. There is a panoramic view of the sea from Fishguard to Dinas Head.
Sheep wonder past the cottage and in the spring lambs will stare through the windows. The living room has a wood burning stove, tv/dvd facilities and dining area.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine etc. It leads into a converted piggery which acts as conservatory and south facing eating area.
The conservatory leads out to an outdoor eating area and pergola with great views over fishguard harbour and up Garn Fawr mountain.
The bathroom has a shower but no bath.
The Stables has central heating, is well insulated and has two wood burning stoves for cosy winter evenings.
There is a wood store for logs. We provide one free basket and ask visitors to pay for additional baskets.
