Self Catering Holiday Cottage in Pembrokeshire at Xmas and New Year. Sleeps 6. No Pets
Xmas and New Year Breaks
Right on coastal path
The Stables holiday cottage at Ffynnonofi farm is the perfect location for Xmas and the New Year holidays.
The cottage is located in 70 acres of it's own coastal farmland. It's just a few minutes walk to the coastal path and it's own beach.
The cottage is cosy, warm and is equipped with all modern utilities. As well as central heating, there are wood burning stoves in the living room and south facing conservatory.
The Stables is simply the perfect location for bracing winter walks both along the wonderful Pembrokeshire coastal path and up over the Preseli Hills. Nowhere better to walk off that Xmas pudding!
The holiday cottage is just 15 minutes walk from Dinas village and a 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Newport where there are restaurants, pubs and great shops selling local produce.
You can walk to the local pubs in the village or take a 15 minute stroll down the coastal path to The Old Sailors pub and restuarant at Pwllgwaelod beach.
The coastline is stunning both south towards Aberbach beach and north around Dinas Island to Cwm-yr-Eglyws. The walk to Newport bay from the farm provides some wonderful unspoilt coves incuding Aberforest and Aberrigian.
The Cottage is also perfectly placed for walks up into the Preseli Hills. Carningli and Garn Fawr mountains are both in walking distance and provide wonderful views over the north pembrokeshire coast.
There are ancient forts, standing stones and cromlechs to explore as well as the famous Pembrokeshire blue stones. The Gwaun valley is also a major attraction with ancient forests, streams and waterfalls.
St Davids is only 14 miles south along the coast and a great place to visit at Xmas.
