If you fancy a night off cooking or you want to celebrate a special occassion our friend Scott Davis, head chef at Llys Meddyg in Newport, will come and cook at the Stables.
Scott has an amazing cv. He has worked for Gordon Ramsey at Aubergine, Marco Pierre White at Mirabel and Jean- Georges Vongrichtein's 3 star Michelin restaurant in Manhattan.
He recently turned down head chef at a New 5 star Hotel in Soho in order to return home to west Wales where he grew up.
Lunch time Barbeques or cosy dinners in front of the fire
The best time to get Scott is lunchtime when he is less busy at Llys Meddyg. But you will need to book ahead as he is huge demand.
Scott and his team will cook on site and clear up afterwards.
